　　I played in a band with three friends.

　　I was on a swim team in high school.

　　We practiced every day after school.

　　We swam at least 10 km a day.

　　Before competition,we also practiced on the weekends,and every day during summer vacation.

　　It wasnt easy,especially in the first year,

　　and there were times when I thought about quitting,
