阀门试验程序H

 1 范围Scope 范围

  本程序适用于中海壳牌南海石化项目HDPE/PP装置中闸阀、截止阀、球阀和止回阀等阀门壳体压力试验、阀座和密封试验和封上密封试验(只对有上密封结构的阀门)。具体需要试压阀门种类、规格和数量依据BSF、BSC及TISA等各方商定意见;分包商将按照总包商的委托进行试压工作。

  The procedure is applicable to body body pressure test, and seat test and backseat leakage test (only for valves with backseats)of gate valve,globeglobe valve, ball valve and check valves in HDPE/PP unitplant

 of CSPC NANHAI petrochemical project. The detail work scopes about valves to be tested, such as type, quantity, specificationpressure class and diameter, etc.,

 shall comply withwill see the valve list issued by agreement made by BSF, BSC and TISA. Subcontractor would execute the valve test under contractor’s test request..

 The valve-testing supervisor is responsible to ensure the valve manufacturer’s testing instructions are available in the test-shop, at the time of pressure-testing. Any special manufacturer instructions shall be incorporated into the valve-testing activities. 4

 4.2 试验阀门种类、数量则依据BSC、BSF及TISA等与会各方商定的阀门种类、数量而定。

 4.5 阀门试验介质采用饮用水,水质符合“阀门检查和试验( 2.5

 API std 598-1996 )”,“机械设备试运前的现场检查(DEP-61.10.08.11-CSPC)”以及“施工监理质量公告(IM-8911-HUIZ-0014 rv.0)”的要求,并且注入阀门的水需经过 10um

 的过滤器过滤。

 including filtering through a 10-micron filer, prior to filling the valve. 对于用于特殊介质的阀门,如氢气系统,试验介质按照总包商要求。对不锈钢阀门水中氯化物含量应小于 2mg/L。不锈钢阀门试验用水应定期进行抽样检查,现场取样时应有总包商 QC 人员在场。

 Generally, pure water shall be used as Test mediummedium for valve test generally is pure water. However, other mediums may be specified by contractor, to suit specific future valve service, such as hydrogen-service, etc. For stainless valve test, the chloride content in the water shall be below 2mg/l. Periodic sampling testing is required for water used for pressure-testing stainless valves, with sampling conducted in the test shop, in the presence of contractor QC personnel.

 试验准备4 Test Preparation 试验准备 5.1 对于常规的阀门试压 试验设备采用阀门成品试压机来进行台,具体选用型号为YSC-300/10和

 YFC-600/6,其原理图和外型尺寸见附图1~2。

 5.2 对于阀门试压机不能满足要求的阀门,将制作专门的试压台进行,自制试压台的系统布置图见附图3。

 must should be carefully checked without any exception, andDespite of which method will be taken, before work’s system runs, each the pressure gauge and safety device should carefully been checked according to discipline requirement.unloadingsafety relieve device shall be in compliance with relevant stipulations. 5.4 所有试验设备均应当经过定期由独立的实验室检定,检定结果保存在试验现场以便参考。可能的话,所有压力隔离设施,包括盲板都要按照国内和国际标准专门制作。如果部件在现场制作,应当有资质的工程师完成的设计计算支持。另外,所有即将用使用的设施,都要有唯一的编号和压力等级标识,方可用于阀门试压。这些部件如制作的总管、盲板以及制作的管件等,其试验报告也应保留在现场备查。

 All test devices shall be regularly calibrated in an independent laboratory and the resulting calibration certificates shall be kept in the test-shop, for reference. Where possible, all pressure isolation equipment, including blind flanges, shall be professionally manufactured to suitable national or international pressure-piping codes. If components are manufactured locally or on-site, they shall be supported by a design that is approved by a competent engineer. In addition, all equipment that will be used for pressure-testing shall be marked with unique numbers and their marked pressure-rating, prior to being allowed for use in pressure-testing of valves. Test-records for all such components shall be kept on the file in test-shop, for reference.  5 Valves Test阀门试验 阀门抽查比例(按3163-LE-TISA/CP6CC-1082):按每厂家每种5%进行,试验的阀门包含闸阀、球阀和蝶阀等,不含高压阀、超大阀、仪表阀、低温阀、氢氧系统和带 格 式 的: 允许标点溢出边界

 6.3 对无流向指示的阀门,另外一侧密封试验重复以上方法。

 6.4 对有上密封的阀门,完全打开阀门关闭上密封,阀内充满水,升压和保压时间要求按6.2规定。检查填料无渗漏为合格。

 To valve with backseats, it need to open the valve completely to close the backseat. Then fill water into the valve, pressurize and maintain the pressure as statement in item 6.2. The valve would been satisfied if there isn’t leakage found on its packing, 6.5 壳体压力试验body body pressure test

  a)

 使阀门处于开启状态。

 valve. a) 开启试验台前的进水阀,向阀腔内充水以排尽阀腔内的空气。

 Open the water inletake valve in front of the test desk to, and fill water continually to the test valveinside to, vent air from the valve completelyaway. b)

 等,待阀门充满试验水后,关闭试验台前的进水阀,开始向阀腔内慢慢加压(目标压力见表 1)。

  待压力升至试验压力后,稳压一定时间(具体时间见表 1)5 分钟。

 After reach the test pressure, hold the pressure for 5 minutes successfully. if the pressure digital on the pressure gauge have not reduced there is no pressure drop and noo leakage on the body surface and of material filling found, the valve should will be considered eligibleto be acceptable.

  5.2 密封试验 seat test 开启试验台前的卸压阀,待压力降到试验压力后,关闭该阀,进入稳压阶段,检查密封面,无渗漏,无压降为合格。

 Open the outlet , reduce the pressure inside of test valve until the pressure down design pressure, check the sealant gland, no leakage is eligible.7

 排净、干燥与存放 Draining/Drying/Preservation a) 7.1

 阀门试验结束后,用干燥的压缩风吹干内部。After valvethe testing, drying work should be done to interiorernals of valves shall be dried by blowing through with pressurized dried air..

 7.2

 在密封面处涂抹润滑脂,再对阀门加封塑料盖板进行保护。盖板应当足够牢固,防止法兰面的机械损伤以及灰尘、水和潮气的侵入。Lubricant grease will be applied on the sealed face, and then protect the valves by sealing with plastic covers. Covers shall be substantial enough to prevent mechanical damage to the flange faces and to prevent the ingress of dirt, water and humid-air.6 Record 记录 阀门压力试验合格后及时按照 SH3503-J401 填写《阀门试验记录》并签字 When complete the test, fill the valve test record requested according to SH3503-J401 and signature in time. 7.3 阀门应按照类别和材质分别堆放。The valves tested should be storied according to their category and material. 7.4

 挂牌设置“待试验区”,,“试验合格区”,,“试验不合格区”三个不同试验状态的阀门堆放区。First dDefine three areas for storage of different status valvesdifferent

 layout areas for valves by ,hanging the signs of they are pending, eligible and illegal area, and label them.“to be tested”, “acceptable” and “unacceptable”. 7.5 阀门试验后, 及时排尽阀腔内积水并吹干,阀门两端用塑料盖密封,并用记号笔在阀门的阀盖上作好标识。对于试验合格的阀门标识为○ √,并将其放置于试验合格区;对于试验不合格的阀门标识为○ ×,并将其放置于试验不合格区。After the test, mark shall be made on the valve cover. Those valves accepted shall be put in “acceptable” area and marked “○ √○ √”, while for those unaccepted, “○ ×” ○ × will be marked and the valves will be put in “unacceptable” area.The valves passed testing have to been dried water that enclosed inside, then cover every open ends of the valve with plastic covers, also have marking indicate the test status. For the marking, to eligible one should be ○ √ and be put in eligible area, otherwise should be ○ × and lay down in illegal area.

 7.1挂牌设置“待试验区”,“试验合格区”,“试验不合格区”三个不同试验状态的阀门堆放区。First define three areas for storage of different status valves, they are idle, eligible and illegal area, and label them.

 7.2 阀门试验后及时排尽阀腔内积水并吹干,阀门两端用塑料盖密封,并用记号笔在阀门的阀盖上作好标识。对于试验合格的阀门标识为 ○ √ ,并将其放置于试验合格区;对于试验不合格的阀门标识为 ○ × ,并将其放置于试验不合格区。The valves passed testing have to been dried water that enclosed inside, then cover every open ends of the valve with plastic covers, also have marking indicate the test status. For the marking, to eligible one should be ○ √ and be put in eligible area, otherwise should be ○ × and lay down in illegal area. 88 不合格品的处置Rejects Treatment Disposal of Unacceptable Products 不合格品的处置 8.1 对于未能通过密封试验的阀门,检查密封面情况,清理杂物,在再次实验,除非确认密封面不合格。

 For theose valves which can notcannot pass the test, it must be check the sealed surfaces shall be checked and raffles shall be cleanedof seat and flanges, and then re-after clean the dirt or sand on it and test again except the damaged surface d is confirmed.until the surfaces are proved to be unacceptable.

 8.2 对于试验不合格的阀门如上第6,7条所述进行标识、隔离和记录,并向总承包商TISA反映每批阀门的试验情况,以便总承包商TISA能及时地对不合格阀门进行评审和决定在同批阀门中做进一步的检查。

  99 安全要求Safety Requirements 安全要求 9.1 试验人员在搬移阀门过程中要格外小心,以免伤及自己或他人。

 Good care shall be taken when testing personnel moving valves Be careful to carrying out valves to test, to avoid injuring happen to anybody.any injuries. 9.2 各岗位人员要严格遵守各自的操作规程,坚守岗位,严禁违章用电、违规操作和超压试验。

 For eEvery worksemployee involved test shouldall process according tocomply with relevant code and regulations, adhere to professional disciplinetheir own position. No violation to use of electrical power, proper operation and over-voltage test are allowed.disobeying instruction of electric power works.

  阀门试验场的工人和技术人员应当在试验前进行充分培训。在试验场所有人员必须穿戴要求的个人防护用品。试压期间,只有授权的人才可进入试验场所。必须采取专门措施防止无关人员进入试验区域,如使用警示标语、围栏、闪光灯、加锁和看守,如果必要的话。

 All test-shop workers and technicians shall be adequately trained, prior to starting work with pressure-testing. All required personal protective equipment shall be worn at all times, while in the test-shop. Only authorized personnel are allowed in the test-shop during pressure-testing. Specific measures shall be taken to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the test areas during pressure-testing, including the use of signs, barriers, flashing-lights, door-locks and guards, where necessary. 10 记录

 Record 记录 阀门压力试验合格后,应及时按照SH3503-J401填写《阀门试验记录》(见附件5)并签字。When complete the testthe test is acceptable, valve test recordfill the shall be filled in valve test record requested according to as per SH3503-J401 (see attachment 4) and signeatured in time.

 9.1试验人员在搬移阀门过程中要格外小心,以免伤及自己或他人。Be careful to carrying out valves to test, avoid injuring happen to anybody. 9.2 各岗位人员要严格遵守各自的操作规程,坚守岗位,严禁违章用电、违规操作和超压试验。For every works involved test should process according to relevant code and regulation, adhere to professional discipline. No disobeying instruction of

 electric power works.
